During the afternoon, persons driving in our community will see One Heart Outreach participants standing at road intersections holding messages of thanks and encouragement. We encourage participants to take photos and post to social media using hashtags #OneHeartOutreachFL and #SignsOfThanks. Check with your church for a location or choose your own along Highway 90!

During the day, we will also be blessing families with groceries and/or grocery gift cards. Sign up with your local church or here to be placed somewhere.
